At Axome, each garment is crafted exclusively to order using authentic Assamese silks and tailored for the individual client. Due to the custom-made nature of our pieces, all orders are considered final sale.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed.
Clients are kindly requested to review all measurements, customization requests, and order details carefully before confirming their purchase.
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear images so our team can review the matter.
